This is a reaction post regarding the shutdown announcement by the admin of Bato.to: https://bato.to/forums/topic/28840-batoto-will-be-closing-permanently/ It truly saddens me that Batoto will now be shutting down. Even though I don’t regularly visit their site anymore, it became my alternative destination when it comes to english-translated manga whereas mainstream mangasites can’t. I remembered the first time I visited it, I was shocked by it’s wide catalog of mangas from various different scanlation groups.

Right now, I’m using Ubuntu as my daily driver for my laptop which happens to be its fifth year today since I bought it. Everything’s really really fine including casual browsing except when I entered Google Drive. GDrive is very unresponsive as hell making my laptop unusable for a minute and a half. When you do something in there, it will take you another five seconds to complete or to just move.

This is just a cringe post. I know it’s stupid but I’m just sharing whatever it suits here in my blog.
Last month, I bought a pair of plastic glasses for about $2 bucks in a cheap eyewear store at Chinatown. I was *forced* to bought that pair of glasses because my parents were trying to convince me that they can protect my eyes against the “very deadly” radiation of the computer so I just go with the flow and gave it a shot.
